How We Use It

Make easy dipping sauces. Mix with a fine Extra Virgin Olive Oil for dipping warm bread. A nice crusty French baguette and also warmed pita bread works wonderfully. Add to yogurt with garlic as a dip for a crudité plate. Fish and chicken roasted or grilled, use it in a marinade as well as a finishing spice. Additionally pair it with Feta cheese and a drizzle of olive oil. Bake on to flatbreads or focaccia provides a wonderful savory flavor.
